It really does depend on how different the WA franchise will operate - but indeed if the eastern states and Asia are a guide, it will be fairly average coffee but with many variations to make it incredibly sweet and overpowering.

Given the absolute shitload of dessert places now in Perth - especially in Vic Park - this might be the opening Starbucks thinks they can exploit - market itself as a dessert or after-dinner venue.

Check your councils website to see if you can swap the bin with a larger waste bin. I did it with my bin. I put the small bin out on the verge one day and they came by and swapped it.
