I think it's impossible for anyone to actually judge Yze on anything but his demeanour this year (which has been excellent). First year coach with our worst injury season in history, with ageing and injured 'stars'. 1 guy who has played every game (and has hobbled through half of them). I would not be prepared to make any sort of judgement about Yze at this stage... Looking forward to another full pre-season (minus the ACL crew) and some new assistants. Oh and some new players.

Wasn’t there a stat a few years ago that states it’s really difficult to find good KPFs after the first round in the draft?

Might not be as true anymore with Mitchell Lewis and Nick Larkey running around, but you’re right. Probably the hardest position to find quality players in if you’re not on the bottom of the ladder or have a good F/S or academy KPF coming through
