I'd leave it the same colour but colour the background to make it stand out. I think charcoal draws attention away from the actual design.

Not really, I think it breezed through the regular season because it was simple, clean and effective. However, when it got to the finals and people put more thought into their votes they went with the much more creative, and perhaps nicer looking design.

After you do the bays can you do Sturt? And in regards to Port, in theory it works and it looks good but I'm not sure if it will work in practice.
