What number? They're wearing training singlets and tees, which have never had a number, or Audi sponsorship on them. The Audi sponsor is on the training guernseys, which we haven't seen the 2025 version yet.
Guernseys usually come in tins but I believe this is the first time they've done an artillery box/tin for Anzac guernseys. Other clubs are doing the tin too.
Did they accidentally print these with normal red AFL logo and these are correcting a mistake? Or do all Collingwood guernseys have stitched on/heat pressed AFL logos now?
Yep Eagles have nailed the f**king brief here. Never, ever deviate from this design for Anzac Day.
The only problem is the blue unseemley seam (pun intended) down the side interrupting the wings, but that's a manufacturing issue and not a design element.
Player issues appear to have all-white Caltex logo now, retails would have been printed before. Will be interesting to see if theey update the retails once first wave of stock sells out (if it even does).
Big question is was the change from Caltex or the AFL?
Looks like AFL/WCE have taken a leaf out of NSW Government’s book. Dealers in NSW can put their logo on licence plates, so poor customers have to advertise their business whether they like it or not! Imagine having the dealer’s logo permanently on your licence plate - madness.
What fantasy land are we living in where the neck sponsor logo will be single colour?!
Anything that isn’t an apparel manufacturer is shithouse and money-grubbing for one of the richest clubs in the comp.
I’m specifically bemoaning the loss of the apparel logo. I never saw that as a ‘sponsor’ spot but a place to show who the supplier of the guernsey was. Naive me used to think the logo on the guernsey was who made it but now am learning about outsourcing/Belgravia Sports etc etc so I don’t know...
I'm not downplaying it, I can see how my post might come off as sarcastic but it isn't. The added sponsor logos look f**ken shithouse and I've lost all interest in collecting modern guernseys. One sponsor badge front and back was a good compromise between design and commercialism, but these...
I can't believe we've gone from one front sponsor and one back sponsor to two front sponsors and two back sponsors in the space of a few short years. Thanks covid. Thanks Obama. Thanks Dan Andrews.
I’d prefer the yellow meet at a point where the blue collar points meet, and the NB logo can move down along the same line as AFL/HJ logos but apart from that it’s good - as good as being with f*cking New Balance can be.
