The only caveat is that he has suffered a major knee injury that causes degenerative issues, particularly for big men. His meniscus injury was a particularly bad one and will most likely affect his career in some way, shape or form.

Solid effort. The glaring issue here is Curtin. Play him forward and that front half looks light on for pressure/speed. Quite top heavy. And Rash ain’t exactly a ‘pressure’ type player. Thilthorpe’s knee will have to be managed for the rest of his career unfortunately, such was the severity of it. Whether that has anything to do with why he’s missing day one of training remains to be seen though.
