IIRC I think Logan was rated better than TT at the time in 2020, so coming 2nd to last should have been enough to secure TT.

You would think North either go local ie Philips or take Logan.

IIRC Logan had a better body of work in a compromised draft due to covid restrictions.

North could have drafted Logan in the actual draft and chose not to.

I’m glad we bottomed out, finishing last doesn’t bother me, but that’s not the point of my post. Mostyn is giving the club credit as if it was by design, it was far from intentional with Roo saying during the year we expected to be better but our experienced players let us down.

Finishing bottom also forced us to go full rebuild rather than half arsed.

Yes mate, we have covered this ground. I am glad we finished bottom that year rather than 16/17th (which was still bottoming out)

Unusual this one - Both talls yet both had plenty of exposed form at leage level for Westies and Perth.

Riley was in Westies league side in 2019 and Logan played plenty of league in 2020. Really the only difference between them was Riley was already playing ruck time for Westies where as Logan was just forward. Both terrific prospects

At the time a few pretty strong whispers that the Crows have given the word to Westies to get him out of the ruck as he was pretty sore towards seasons end.

Very interested to see what we do (Maybe we dont even know yet) with Milera / Hinge / Cumming / Sholl.

Feels like 3 of them are trying to get the same hbf / wing spot

If it's some sort of rehab thing, he should just retire. If it's a holiday because he knows he's playing reserves next year, he should just retire.

bigman what are your thoughts on Pedlar - has he shown enough to be close to the 23 for trials?
He's the biggest waste of talent (so far) on our list that would be a huge bonus if he could come good.
