I think Allan makes perfect sense. He could start out competing for battles role and transition to the midfield once he builds an afl engine over a couple of preseasons. Even Reid makes more sense than taking two intercepting defenders with iffy kicking

He isn’t half the kick Nas is. I see him as a poorer kicking Jimmy Webster to be honest and about as likely as Billings and coffield at becoming a mid. Surely there is better ways to use a top 10 pick even if the Top 7 mids are gone.
