Depends on what your definition of a good coach is I suppose. From what I can gather his people skills are ordinary and his coaching style has a short shelf life. I've no doubt he works hard and is thorough with development of game plans and tactics, but his overall attitude tends to blinkered...

As long as that cash cow keeps delivering, why would they care. Not until the points system slowly comes down and it starts to squeeze them, will it perhaps register on their radar I'd imagine.
