So, coach reviews are done. The media has moved on to trade week. Davies has moved on to trade week. It's over.
They'll hand us a soft as butter opening draw, we'll be 8 and 4 by the bye and Ken will get his extension before we win just 2 games in the entire back half.
If they need a bald idiot who continues to be employed in high positions despite only knowing the bare minimum about footy but someone that Whatley actually likes, I've got just the guy
Stewie Dew should replace all the Pepsi Max with full strength and hopefully Ken will have a sugar crash and fall asleep somewhere and we can just leave him there
I'd be pretty wary of a salary being reported by Jon Ralph via a Crows source (who just lost out on his services) as gospel. But the whole league can see that with Dixon done and Marshalls position up in the air (does a call have to be made for his safety?) that Port do want him and can't play...
You're all over thinking BT's comments and it'll be something like this. Some Victorian focused wank essentially.
If there was a major coaching shake up or major player shake up or whatever Brain ****ing Taylor would not be the person privy to it.
If Russell Ebert can be captain and coach at the same time the great Ken Hinkley, the man who put Port Adelaide on the map, can be coach and footy operations manager at the same time. The era of Hinkley is only just beginning
If all of your Intel is true and we're not allowed to announce it this week, then what are the chances the "more likely than not" changes as the noise softens as the media moves on to the grand final. This is what worries me.
This is bang on for what the club thinks I reckon. We are pissweak and a club full of people who view success as "not finishing bottom". But even if we did finish bottom they'd move the goalposts anyway so nobody was viewed as failing. It's a long way from the club of old.
Hi Port Power fans, just came by to say if the list is bad then that's not Hinkley's responsibility but if the list is good then that is because it is Hinkley's responsibility anyway guys have you thought about wearing black and teal prison bars anyway see you at the footy xoxo
Not quite, Port in 2014 wore the prison bars w/ white shorts in Week 1, white clash w/ white shorts in Week 2, and home guernsey w/ white shorts in Week 3. Presumably would've worn home guernsey w/ black shorts in the granny if we made it, for 4 different outfits over the 4 weeks, but that...
The two teams that make it in will be the best two teams
If only there was some sort of metric for measuring the ability of all the teams in the season upon which we could be considered the second best
I posted at the start of the finals about how we were potentially 3 games from a premiership and simultaneously potentially 2 games from sacking Ken. 3 games later and we're at least 26 games away from a premiership but almost certainly plenty more, and sacking Ken feels even further.
Nowhere club
I'm happy to gut the playing list but we're basically on our third rebuild with Donuts and all teams have been shit, fair to say there's a consistent there
