It is a catch 22 in Perth and also the South West at the moment. I'd avoid buying at the moment because I believe that there will be a price correction in 2022/23 as borders drop and COVID issues begin to move to the side however the rental market also sucks.
More fully vaccinated people in WA = Less restrictions when we open. That is the bottom line and there is no excuse anymore. There are free spots everywhere especially in the Perth Metro.
According to McGowan's FB, 98.2% of people over 70 have had one dose which is really good.
Again this flys directly in the face of what both Chris Dawson and Roger Cook have said in the last two weeks. WA has some additional hesitancy. The constant blaming of the Feds for every “slight” against WA is cringe.
Roger Cook would be quite concerned with the rollout in his own electorate I...
People who make wearing a mask on a crowded train sound worse than COVID itself 🤡
People who complain about masks in limited circumstances and use masks as a reason to keep borders closed so they do not need to make any personal sacrifices, all at the expense of others 🤡🤡🤡
I would have heard Sydney out at least. With that sort of approach they surely would have had a nice offer. Depends on what Tom wants also I guess it has to be said.
Well QLD and WA have received less vaccines but I think that the messaging in QLD in particular has been horrific. Messaging in WA has been mostly fine but just complacency which is a problem but it is one that can be solved.
Who cares about a thugby league GF? Though it will be interesting to watch the nastiest leader in Australia jump through hoops either way to justify her decision.
