It's time for Tommy Brain's return. Bringing back his all time classic hits and pieces of literary genius. Long live TB.

There are certainly plenty of disparaging commments being made about a great variety of players these days. Very amusing. Perhaps it's time for another dose of ""Worst Blokes in Amateur Football" Anybody care to get the ball rolling?

Whilst we enjoy your input, can the kind folk from OEG please take a chill pill. There's 9 other teams, why doesn't Marcellin or Carey have more represntation? Very disappointing.

My apologies CC. My point was that we're only two rounds in, hiring, firing and retiring teams and players should be done with caution. The "Two Sides of the River" debate should have been a topic at the 2020 forum.

If this is the banter after Round 2, I'd hate to see what wild accusations and predictions are being made after Round 15! B Grade Big Footy thread may be shut down! Long season gents, saddle up for the ride. P.S Long live Tommy Brain (x2)

What about OEG and Marcellin second up? By all reports the game at Bulleen wasn't exactly a class above any of the other games over the weekend.

Good effort by Monkey, but still very difficult to form a permiership market after one week. At least a month before teams can be properly assessed. P.S Long live Tommy Brain

Think you gentlemen are getting a bit carried away with the standard of B-Grade. Whilst they may be competitive, I'd suggest that ALL teams would struggle to beat the top 6 in A Grade. Note that 3 of the top 4 have not experienced A Grade for a considerable time. The success of Brighton and...

    Great jumpers and crappy ones

Old Melburnians, no good, too plain. Did Gazman design their playing strip? Does any club have a fluroscent colour in their kit? I'd like to see that.

It seems that Old Haileybury made a rather substantial purchase down at the Yarra Valley just recently. Grapes, those of the sour variety. What respect do the men from McKinnon deserve? Respect is earnt, not just handed to you on a silver platter. One year does not make a club. Perhaps...

Yes, they do struggle with Preliminary Finals do the men from Old Essendon. Old Scotch traditionally start well then finish off slowly. They would want to hope it's the other way around this year. In their defence, they've played most of the good teams already.

Correct, due to the even competition this year injuries will decide who makes the drop.

I have seen Old Ivanhoe and they will definitely not be relegated. Not sure about the bona fides of Collegians yet either.

The jury is still out on Old Brighton. Far too early to be pencilling in the finals spot, it's a long season. They do have quite a reasonable home groud advantage that works in their favour though.

Who's Freddie? Last time I checked he was lagered up in a paddle boat in the Caribbean island of St Lucia unaccompanied by his English teammates.

Went and caught a bit of the Scotch v Bernards game on Saturday- the comparisons with Adelaide should be knocked on the head right now. From what I saw they would have to improve greatly to make any impression on the upcoming finals. Whilst they had a fair few out, the relentless pressure...
