BACKS: goddard, hanley, harlett, gibbs, goodes, mckenzie -...
good point. im confident of him keeping his spot. he's a mature age player who goes in hard around the ball although he may be given a break in a few weeks time. only time will tell.
ok so i think its time to beef up my mids a little. im considering getting pendlebury in but am not sure whether two pies in the mids is a good idea.
MIDS: Ablett, Murphy, Swan, Selwood, Parker, Shiel (Magner, Kerridge) <-- will get rid of soon..bad pick!
so im thinking of this

your team looks good on paper. your mids are very strong. i had watson in but by downgrading hale to giles as a starter, so i had enough for swan but even considered thompson.
obviously porp is a weighted risk.. hopefully he is injury free for the year.. very good to watch when playing well :)...
Thanks to both Watsclarkosmob and Caek for the feedback. Very in depth and some valid points.
I'll go back to the drawing board and get back to ya's mid week.
Cheers.
your team seems pretty rounded but there are a few risks within your squad. dempsey, masten & porplyzia to name a few. rookies are a bit of an unknown at this point and im finding it difficult to deside but will leave it until the round one team sheets are out. i think this year natanui will...
Re: Round 11 Trades
I need a bit of help on what to do next. Any advice is welcome.
I still have my back reserves from day one. None of them are playing at the moment which doesnt help.

Re: Round 2 trades
lecras trade.
ok so ive narrowed it down to j.riewolt, dangerfield, zaharakis or hurley.
the last three will free up some salary cap for another premium mid trade after a few rounds. i dont reallt want to trade early but this one is forced.
which would you go for?
Re: Round 2 trades
well if you have brown or lecras inthe forward line then a trade must be used.. obviously.
i have lecras and my options are (with my current remaining salary cap)
j. riewolt
gilbert
grundy
silvia
s. stevens
l. jetta
fyfe
dangerfield
tapscott
these guys are...
has anyone considered banfield from the lions. seems to find a lot of it and uses it well while he also converts a few goals. got him in my forwards at the moment. thoughts?
yeah i noticed that earlier to. im a little excited seeing as im coming home from a year abroad and waiting for that reserved seat on the wing. cant wait!
I like the look of this. Hoping to get my hands on one when released. Any more info available?
Lets hope it gives the team an extra incentive for this years campaign.
Cheers for the updates guys. Living abroad and need my Hawks fix.
This time last year we hadnt kicked a goal down in Ballarat!
Good to hear Roughie is amongst the goals.
Here is my squad for 2011. Still a little tinkering to do leading up to round 1. Finding it hard with the rookies this year as im living abroad and not able to watch many NAB cup matches. Back just in time for round 2.
Back:Goddard, Gibbs, Deledio, Shaw, Grimes, Puopolo (Heppel, Toy, Duigan)...
