yeah true it's not over, but it'll be a massive effort to get the 2 points. probably take that at the start of the game anyway.

I'm hoping NSW stick it out for a draw. Also hoping Henry murder's their attack. He's a talented player and I hope he can stick around for a while

Hilfenhaus bowling so well LOL...and yet he is on the plane to England...round arm Hilfy...come on down.
Yeah because every single bowler can come back from a serious injury and bowl well straight away .

Could bowl quicker than milatary medium pies that he is bowling. Why on earth is he bowling so slowly...forget the fact it was India but last year he was clocking 142km...this year he barely hits 135km...that is a mile slower, no two ways about it...plus he is STILL bowling round arm and is easy to play as per usual. Gosh I am glad Bird came in as he is a better version of Hilfenhaus!

No idea why Gulbis was picked as a 4 day specialist bowler, his tricks become readable in the long version. Espicially if he was going to bat at 9. There are better bowlers in Hobart than he.
yeah, I thought Rainbird would get the nod. (Is he the leftie?)

es, but he hasn't bowled much since Christmas for some reason and didn't to go on the Tas A tour to NZ,I was thinking Sandy Rogers or Hamish Kingston who's added a bit of pace this summer and is in some form.
ah. I just thought a leftie would provide a point of difference to the swing of Hilfy and Butters, and the solid line and length of Maher (who's a handy 5th seamer, I have to admit)

There’s a young orthodox spinner, a teenager called Harrison Allanby who the scouts say has some interest. Is currently on a tas second XI tour and bowling relatively well by reports. He is also supposed to have bowled well in the futures twenty/20 competition in Melbourne
Son of Nick?

Dawson out now for 75 to Butterworth, LBW I think. 3/170, Maddinson on 13*. Cruickshank was lbw to Butterworth for 39

Rohrer and Nev will need big innings

gee butters gets it to hoop, best at state level for it... he got dawson with a big big off cutter, bowling well should roll them now bit harder to the left handers but...

Butterworth is such an outstanding bowler. Real shame he hasn't been given a go at international level, despite being absolutely brilliant at domestic level.

Jeremy Smith has been good too from what I have seen.

Will be interested to watch Allenby's progress. I had hopes for Simonds, but it seems he didn't develop at all :(
