lol nice win... By the way how does the tatts tip 8 work and how is it to enter every week and do you win money every time if you get 8 correct tips ?

You will get the tickets at the Newsagent, its pretty straightforward.

You can put a set amount of money on 8 winners, it goes something like $5, $10, $20, $50, $100. Obviously, the more you put on, the more you get back if you win. But the money you get depends on the winners, if you tip the favourites and win, you wont get much money back. You need to take a stab at picking a side that is undergunned by the bookies, but one that has a genuine chance of winning. The Bulldogs in Perth in 06, were my roughies, they made the win huge.

You can also shaft the Friday Night game, and go on the Saturday before the afternoon games and put on only 7 winners. Obviously you wont get as much back, but you will still win if you get the winners.

As an example, i put $5 on the following winners in Round 13 2006.

Kangaroos - Essendon
Melbourne - Port Adelaide
St Kilda - Hawthorn
Brisbane - Carlton
Sydney - Fremantle
Adelaide - Geelong
Richmond - Collingwood
West Coast - Bulldogs

Not many roughies i tipped against, but i still won roughly $500. If you get only 1 or 2 roughies right, you can walk away with a huge amount. The Dogs were a good side in 06, but not many tipped them to beat West Coast in Perth. They were really the difference between $500 and only about $90.

Not for one minute do I expect that we'll match Geelong's premiership performance this year, but my old man and I started a conversation the other day that turned interesting.

lol at the guy who barracs for richmond on page 3
"only thing similar to geelong will be u both play 22 h and a games"
"dogs wont make 8"
"richmond are miles ahead in terms of rebuilding"
lol

HAHA, not sure why I have included King in that list. I meant Blake and no-one even picked me up on it.

Hunt better than Gilbee this year? That's a big call. Hunt is probably the weak link in the Cats backline, and Gilbee has been in good form of late.
