Thanks BT. Maj's coming along nicely. The more match simulation and actual footy the better.

I get this impression too, I would like to see him get back to his feet a bit quicker, a slight increase in intensity. I guess it is just preseason, and it must be hard moving that massive frame.Multiple tackles in one passage, multiple sidesteps another, and he looks like he'sgoing at aabout half what he could.
Speaks very well too, the idea that he could put it all together, play decent footy and be a face off field is quite exciting.
Surely they can get some muscle on him he's nearly 22 FFS....
I respect your opinions Pykie, it's very exciting to hear you so positive about him.Made Scotty McMahon look like he was standing still.
Majak's development has pretty much mirrored everything BF has said over the past 3 years.
Let him cut his teeth in the ruck, get games under his belt, start dominating VFL games, then move him forward to play as an athletic third tall, pretty much impossible to match up on.
His development curve has been fantastic, and whilst im far far from a facebook fanboi, I genuinely believe Majak will be an absolute key component of this side in the next 5 years, he's absolutely unique (forget NN he's nothing like him), he could win you a final imo......
Just to add to that, he's pretty much what you wan't in a third tall too, his best attributes are his defensive instincts..... he runs, tackles, blocks, naturally, thats absolutely invaluable for a tall forward in this day and age.
Podsiadly training, playing as a back man?
Yep, looks great at training as he always does. Until he starts doing it in games though, its meaningless.
Maybe that will change in 13, maybe it wont - going to be hard for fim to find a spot unless either Hansen or Taz are dropped - unlikely, and cant play all 4 up forward. Interesting to see where he could fit in.
Lachie and Robbie have far from nailed their spots down imo.
Lachie spent 3 months in the reserves last year.
Could come down to the NAB Cup.
Dont get me wrong, I completely agree with that. But you constantly hear on here (and Scott gives that impression) that Lachie and Taz are absolute locks.
NAB cup is going to sort out quite a few I suspect in various positions for pecking order.
Could not agree more.Their first choice no doubt, but they are absolute inanimate carbon rods in regards to forward pressure, and they don't have the ability to give Goldy a chop out, and let Drew remain at FF.
Majak makes perfect structual sense.
In time, I think it might be Lachie vs Robbie, not Majak vs Lachie & Robbie.
