Thought he was a handy player in 23, probably was inevitable that he retired due to injury and not being able to get in the best 22.

100% would have been pushed. Average at best on field and a terrible influence off it. Good riddance.

Do you get a feeling that the AFL... behind the scenes, would be looking to strongly push clubs to clean up they're own backyards, ahead of changes to the drugs policy.?

And also very likely that the club has changed its outlook to draft & trading, since the Oli and Tracca Issues.

I get the feel that the club has finally arrived at drafting... way ahead of trading, with our early draft picks.

And I could not be happier, IF this is the new recruiting policy for the next few years. Oh, and since our el-presidente` has left the building.

Maybe. His exploits off field are well known, including the disastrous off season last year. I'm sure the club couldn't wait to delist him, but was negotiating a payout, maybe with AFL assistance? Who knows. Good riddance.
