With his athletic profile he should be killing it in second halves.
Yeah he’s our best runner by far will continue to win the time trials

We don’t use our wingers enough imo

He’s also a good kick much better than our other wingers

Darcy Tucker elevated himself from chief whipping boy to solid citizen during his 2nd year, hopefully Dyl and Fish can do the same.

They both have attributes that we are very short on and fingers crossed they can make similar levels of improvement between their first and second year.

Early on in the season when he squibbed a contest really badly I thought he's defs done but thought by the end of the season he was alot better in that regard going in harder then before. He's definitely quick and has a good left foot, 4 years was obviously a big risk but it's now up to clarko to turn him into the player he thinks he might be

True but I remember Guerra squibbing it early doors and he managed to move on from it.

I am clutching at straws a little, his first year was objectively poor but he can run and he's a decent kick and has racked them up on occasion prior to joining us. I am willing to give it another 12 months before writing him off completely.

Yeah same here. He's got a year.

Been told that he was read the riot act by both Clarko and Jed Adcock after his 13 disposal, 0 tackle game against the Suns.

Was told in no uncertain terms that there wouldn't be a future for him, if he continued to not commit fully to the contest.

Later on in the season, he put his body on the line more often than not, so it looks like the messaging got through.

Has been told to get bigger and get stronger this off season. Big pre-season ahead. There is a wing role there for him if he really wants it.

Was it a couple weeks later when he went back with the flight against Richmond and copped the corkie?

Definitely needs to get some anger in him and play accordingly.

Some of the efforts (or lack thereof) you'd be so embarrassed of if you were shown them on a post-match review. So getting read the riot act should be a bit superfluous if you had the internal drive to better yourself as a player. But hopefully the outcome is the same and he can sustain it in future years.

I know not every player is Glenn Archer but it stands out to everyone watching and he's not Robinson Crusoe with Spicer in particular looking super tentative before he got the chop.

Did no one scout him prior to recruiting him?

I think Clarko and Adcock will give Luke Parker his first assignment in the pre-season. Can you do weekly HTFU lessons with this guy all summer? If we get Giants first up again, I want Dylan in their smacking Toby Greene in the head. Gun motor, decent kick and just needs to man up in the physical stuff.
