Ta. Makes sense. Clarkson put Bails at HB when he returned to coach, trying to get more run out of the back half. If we had Fisher performing well at HB, Bails could spend more time powering on the wing
HBF with some leeway to get up the ground.
He's an underrated kick inside 50 especially to lead up forwards. He just knows where to look.

Underrated vision, disposal, can hit tough kicks, sharp hands, game awareness
Downside, not consistently penetrating by foot, will shank a few, struggles with contested footy, will corral rather than tackle

He won't be a very good momentum shifter, I'll say that much now. He's a bit part player who's gonna need to sort out his tendency to go missing. The positive is that he won't have anyone to hide behind with us like he did at Carlton. Because as far as our outside run goes, it'll be him, Scott, and a pair of tumbleweeds. Sink or swim.
On defence, he needs to run his guts out and apply pressure. On offense, run, provide an option and hit targets. If he does that much, I'll be content

Looks a neat kick with a low ball drop and knows his way around traffic. Adds to our defensive rebound stocks.

I mean yes he can run & carry, mark, smother and hit a target by both hand and foot but I just don’t see how he fits in our best 22.
