Shoulder injuries can be easier to come back from since he'd probably been running since a couple of weeks post surgery.

If he'd copped a knee injury he'd had to have waited until it was fully healed before getting any significant fitness work in.

It wouldn't surprise me if he's one of the fittest players on the list right now with nothing to do for 3 months except run.

Watching the replay and a huge thing that stood out was the amount of leadership Peter Wright was giving to the guys around him. Only Langford, Package and Weideman would be older but even then, with him commandeering the forward line is a huge win for us.

I'm sorry but I actually hate Joe Daniher now.

For ages I thought.. maybe we failed him... or maybe it's honest and real for some players to just be pretty chilled about footy.

Nope.

Crimes include:

• Refusing to play despite not being injured
• Flying for dumb ass hangers that he was never going to get a hand on
• Missing a hundred sitters yet never developing a routine
• Sitting on a fence
• Giving up on the Daniher legacy
• Derp

It's easy to be frustrated at the club for the years of tepid mediocrity, and he is the absolute manifestation of it. What a waste.

Guess he just never really felt the vibe.

The border is only an hour to 90minutes from brisbane.

that’s about the same as fighting through peak hour traffic in Melbourne on the Westgate.

I still quite like Daniher but another one is him just wasting good scoring opportunities because he simply has to wheel onto his left and kick long regardless of it being the best option or not
