With season 2003 not too far away, I thought I'd ask everyone to look into their own club's crystal ball and predict what is going to happen for their team this season.
Geelong Football Club
Final Ladder Position? 4th
Best & Fairest? Cameron Ling
Leading Goalkicker? Kent Kingsley - 62
Most Improved? David Wojcinski
Most Votes in Brownlow? Cameron Ling
Biggest talking point as far as your club is concerned?
Geelong will be the quiet achievers this season. The biggest talking point will probably be the return of David Spriggs after injury.
Name 3 players to watch out for?
Corey Enright, James Kelly and Gary Ablett Jnr.
Biggest strength of your team? Forward/Defence/Midfield Defence
If you were to be assured of beating ONE team, who would that be?
Collingwood - we play them twice, always great to beat the Carring Bush!!
Most memorable win?
Essendon in a high scoring thriller at Telstra Dome.
What will your team be known for the most in 2003? Our speed.
In 15 words or less, describe your coach?
Mark Thompson - Able to get the best out of his young players, never loses his cool.
