So our choices for a Goodes replacement include 2 players who combined still have less than one half of senior football between them, a out of form VFL player and a bunch of untried rookies. Fun!
ffs we shouldn't have delisted Barlow

Goodes out for at least one week, so I guess we'll see him in late August, 2014.

Swans tweeted it.Where are you getting this from? Can't find it on Swans or AFL websites.

Now that's the kind of thinking I like!Goddamit....
Lets just hope Jetta, Everitt and Reid are back this week.
ffs we shouldn't have delisted Barlow
So let me count
Reid
Jetta
Shaw
Johnson
Everitt
LRT
Mumford
Goodes
Rohan
Mattner (though he is gone).
How many other teams can claim they are missing so much quality from their best 22 due to injury.
Equivalent quality is missing from the top 3 sides, though less quantity. Stars bolded. I may have missed a few names but hopefully not too many. If Barlow is out with a suspected broken jaw then I have Fremantle missing 4 of their best 5 players...So let me count
Reid
Jetta
Shaw
Johnson
Everitt
LRT
Mumford
Goodes
Rohan
Mattner (though he is gone).

Sandilands
Pavlich
Bradley
Griffin
Morabito
Mundy
Barlow
Hill
Vardy
West
Chapman
Horlin-Smith
McIntosh
Menzel
Rivers
Varcoe
Rioli
Suckling
Anderson
Schoenmakers
Puopolo
Birchall
Would get beaten by Freo pretty comfortably. Sandilands and Griffin would annihilate Mumford and LRT in the ruck, Pavlich and Bradley would have Johnson and Everitt covered, and Mundy/Barlow/Hill should have an edge over Shaw/Jetta/Goodes.Our injury list if fit topped up with ressies would give some teams a run for their money.
I think we'd all be much happier if we just knew WTF was going on. If LRT and Shaw were initially called 3 month injuries then fine, we can deal with that. No kidding LRT has been nominated as "4 weeks away" for the past 8 weeks now.Once again the lies will start, Goodes will miss probably 4, Reid and Jetta were supposed to be back after the bye and Shaw was only a 5 week and LRT 4 or 5. Tell the f ing truth
Mark Cisco is Mumford sized... absolute unit. Watched a couple of his college basketball games for Columbia.Reckon the AFL will let us fast track one of these guys onto the list to give us some KPD depth?
****, imagine a spine of Kurt Tippett, Alex Starling, Mike Pyke, Jason Holmes and Xavier Richards, with Mark Cisco playing the 2nd ruck/3rd tall forward option. We'll be unstoppable.
