How can he make a kid walk to the PSD when their already available for selection at the national draft

Yeah.

My point is there may be some decent players out there yet to re-sign who Roos may have spoken with. Just putting it out there as a possibility.

Possibly but that is merely a formality. Currently with 3 spots available Clisby is pick 94. We get another DFA or look to the PSD then Clisby is pick 57 as you suggest. Either way I can't see 57 being a live pick.

Taylor Adams is a chance to go to us in the PSD with our second pick. Captain Jack told me so.

Yep. Free agency and the variety of options for delisted free agents have made the PSD relatively useless. Now it's probably just used to scare out of contract players into signing new deals...

Yep. Only players we can get in the PSD that we couldn't get as DFA are ones who have less than seven years experience and are out of contract and have walked away voluntarily from their old clubs. Either that, or players who have nominated for the draft before, but were overlooked.

These 2 are contracted for another year (and McKernan would almost be a downgrade on Pedo/Sellar anyway. Wouldn't mind getting Weller though.

I guess Mav Weller given his age and 32 games experience, midfielder. I don't really know enough about him though. Nahas maybe given our complete lack of quick forwards, always thought he had something about him, but then obviously wasn't doing enough at Richmond.
