OHS related discussion on the sprinter coming over, Slade Power,who has to go into the gates last. She was pro the concerns and the safety of the jockey, horse etc. Simon Marshall said OHS was just bullshit and they shouldn't bothered and the horse should be scratched (paraphrased). Tense atmosphere ensued with Bruce trying to act funny.

That was Richard not Simon, I agree with him too if a horse isn't barrier schooled it shouldn't even be allowed to race. Pretty rich for OHS to get involved but still let that crazy thing even go in the barriers

Have to say I agree. A lot of horses don't like the barriers and it is an advantage to go in last, so why should he get special treatment?
If the jockey was smart he'd go in, raise some concerns regarding his gear, and get backed out
