We had trouble getting the ball out of the defensive 50. Shades of last year yeah Hurn is massive in that department, was thinking at the game tonight that he would be close to our most important player. Bad time to have him out for 6 weeks we have a tough run now.le cras will be a bad loss. will hurn still be out? imo hurn is more than nit nat

Answering a question, stop calling me that
6 years.And break 8 years of tradition?
Not likely
I see Chris Masten was well beaten last night. Like Shuey also was closed down. No Stananui is having no impact either. Next week their slide starts in earnest.

Can't believe I am saying this but I hope Melbourne win.
8-2. Riveting start.
Can't believe I am saying this but I hope Melbourne win. Giants players come across as complete knobs, first taste of a bit of success and they think their shit don't stink. You know, you can be a star and you can be humble at the same time.
GC and GWS are fast becoming my most hated teams, can't believe they are so many people's 'second' teams.
what did they say?
The Swans have also been told several times by the young Giants, who have lost by an average margin of 79 points in the four Sydney derbies, "give us a few years and we'll thrash you", while players at another powerhouse club of recent seasons are also understood to be bemused by the level of chat from the league's newest team.
Must be great being Jack Watts. As a spectator, he has the best view in the stadium.
Apparently very mouthy on the field. Can just imagine what our guys cop! Nothing wrong with a bit of confidence, I understand that, but these guys are pretty unlikeable for mine.

Did it see the score wrongly? 19 11 at 3 qtr?
GWS is ruining football!
Sheedy
Typical sheedy coached side.
The 50m penalty was a direct result of essendon deliberately conceding 15m penalties to slow a sides forward momentum
Shane heard in the mid 80's set the benchmark for a tagger forgoing posessions so he could drive his target to distraction by any means
If essendon were behind they'd start a fight although that was an Alan jeans trait as well
Sheedy is as cunning as a rat and had no scruples when it came to doing what was needed to win. And there would be no way he'd want those young players to back down
Harvey brought that same attitude with him to Fremantle without tactical acumen or confidence in the media
