Just watched the AFL Draft video of Cuningham. Is it just me or does he have a bit of Chris Judd about him - real burst of speed and even kicks like him.

I thought the same thing about his kicking.

I really, really hope Melbourne somehow stuff this draft completely up and we end up getting Oliver @ #8, Not looking likely though!
And I'm not that keen on Harry McKay with picks 8 or 11, I think I'd rather take Collins if the talk of maybe getting Tomilson next year is actually true

Andy McKay said that we formulated a draft strategy at the start of the year. Part one of a 3 year strategy. Just makes me think we are targeting KPPs so they are ready to go when we start to compete again.

I do realise that Red, but aren't good big KPP players worth getting at 22-24yo if they are willing to come to your club??

The kicking looks like Judd. Does go to the centre bounces a bit.

Great highlights video. Have visions of he and Boekhorst streaming up the field, evading tackles and kicking a long goal. Like the amigos on the turnover, only these two can genuinely play midfield.

I think you are going to be disappointed. Landsberger, Twomey, and Quayle all have us getting both Harry McKay and Curnow. There would have to be a big slider for us not to pick McKay

Who knows if Tomlinson is still in our planning Chalky .
A lot can change in 12 months of footy .
He still has 2 years to run on his contract for starters , he might have a great year and decide he wants to stay , he might do his knee ... again , who knows what 12 months will bring .
I love a good trade , but there's something special about drafting and developing your own premiership team i reckon and a handful of premium talls in this draft is a great place to start ...
