Nah not at all. I'll actually be sad to see him go if/when it happens. He's a talented young KPF who I 100% see as our replacement for Drew Petrie once he retires (likely end of 2016 season).

There is a bit of a misunderstanding when it comes to Aaron Black. On pure KPF talent alone between Black and Ben Brown, (assuming both in form), Black is better. The issue is though that Black cannot pinch hit in the ruck at all, whilst Brown can. With the emergence of Goldstein in recent years, North have gone to a "1 ruck and 1 swingman tall" rotation, which limited Black (and Majak Daw).

Make no mistake though; when healthy, Aaron Black can be an excellent footballer.

North rate Black highly, but they're also realistic in their asking price.

He has to kick more goals than one of Griffin, Taberner, Pavlich and Fyfe. Not a terrifying bunch there.

I do realise this. Bondy has a tough gig and there's more to it than simply wanting a player such as clubs & players all agreeing. I simply want to walk away with something. Bennel is huge though so should be happy with just that.
