I've always enjoyed him playing since we picked him up... unfortunate that he hasn't seen as much game time as he probably should. Is there any reason he'd stay with us? Is he worth a one year deal? I'm not too confident in Hartung coming in for a final and although Hartung might be a like for like, Simpkin could be a bit of a hard body contested replacement this week instead.

Simpkin knew that he was going to be depth for our depth in 2015. He'd be silly to stick around in 2016, knowing other younger guys will be given opportunity and development before him.
