Why not?
Recruiters don't tell draftees anything. At least that is the case at Freo.

My son is also named Bort.Brad Smith (Eagles talent scout) and SPP had lunch at my work today. I imagine he’s probably doing similar with all the WA guys expected to be around at our pick, but it hopefully means SPP is under consideration for pick 12 (for those curious, SPP overlooked our numerous gluten free options in favour of a bacon and egg sandwich with BBQ sauce/didn’t threaten any girls with chopsticks.)
Cause they have the hobbit and a few other smalls. They only draft certain types of players when it's too late. Why not?

Surely teams must make contact with potential draftees before hand to suss them out. A guy I worked with that got drafted a couple of years ago had the team call him before hand to say they were interested in picking him.Recruiters don't tell draftees anything. At least that is the case at Freo.

How can he definitely be at FREO at 35? Could be picked up before that7 is a stretch, maybe35. teams probably tell lots of kids they'll draft then people slide.... just passing on what he said.
And wait for 5 years before he can take over from Lycett and Naitaunui? F*k noWould take English with our first if still available - just saw his highlights for the first time - never seen a player that tall so clean on ground level - his skill and coordination is midfielder-like. Moves much better than Cox ever did.
Well... precisely....How can he definitely be at FREO at 35? Could be picked up before that
Isn't English an overager? Rucks do usually take a while to develop and he is skinny AF. So we should start looking to grab a ruck in the next few drafts. Or just wait and poach one later. And wait for 5 years before he can take over from Lycett and Naitaunui? F*k no
I'm part of the weetbix clan fo lyfe.

Olde No.7 spice.Such is fyfe
Knightmares phantom released and had us taking Marshall at 12 and Ryan at 34.
a key forward at 12 is not happening if we add Jake waterman and ryan at 34 is overs. We always risk our second pick so I can see this happening.
Well they have a great track record with aboriginal kids from Gero so it's possible.Just spoke to my mate who knows Liam Ryan from kal (good mate with shred as well). says Liam is going to Freo, said it's a sure thing.... hopefully he is bs ing
We DO need a KP forward some time soon but i hope we can get 3 years out of JK and since next years draft is better for KP players i would wait till next year as this years are nothing special.

You know the F in KPF is for 'Forward' right? Not F.........We will need two KPF's immediately ...... both of ours get married this weekend so that will be the end of them!
