I think Andy McGrath is about as close to a game breaker as you'll see in a long time. So is McCluggage, Petrevski-Seton, even Brodie does some nice stuff.I am so bleh about this draft. There are no absolute game breakers along any lines like there were last year. Lots of good talent that runs deep, just no one to get crazy excited about. Especially at our picks.
Ainsworth is your game changer, he can do a lot of damage in just a quarter. Explosive and is very well built already. Plenty to like in this draft and we won't know who the game breakers really are until a couple of years from now. There will be some though.I think Andy McGrath is about as close to a game breaker as you'll see in a long time. So is McCluggage, Petrevski-Seton, even Brodie does some nice stuff.
Yeah, definitely right about Ainsworth, forgot about him.Ainsworth is your game changer, he can do a lot of damage in just a quarter. Explosive and is very well built already. In such an even pool it'll be based mostly on what clubs feel like they need. Should still be available but there was a fair bit to like about his VFL performances. Who knows really. Will Long last until pick 50?
Hayward is very good in 1v1 situations and is very willing to tackle and pressure. Not too outside at all.Can hayward win his own ball? Doesnt need to be an inside beast, but unless he has some contested ability he will find it hard in our system as a forward.
McLean, for instance, gets down and dirty when he has to, although he is a fly weight.

What key defenders?Surprised at the lack of love for the key defenders.
What key defenders?
Not many good KPP's out there this year.
Only one I'd really look at 26 is Cox.
Sam McLarty at around pick 50 could be a decent pick but I'm starting to believe his abilities would be better used as a CHF instead of a CHB.
We don't have 35, we've got 18, 26 and 50. I'd expect there's better available at 18, hoping we get him at 26.Is it too much of a stretch to get Josh Battle at 18 or should we hope he's there at 35?

Not many put their hand up for afl imoFair chance we're looking at one of those Geelong VFL boys with that pick in the 50's?
Yes. I want to win everything. Is the theory we have the premiership bagged so we want to win the GF sprint as well?
If he did you'd have to ask, why DID he slip to 18?Im guessing their no chance Todd Marshall slips to 18?
Just because he's not good enough to be taken before 18 doesn't mean he's not good enough to be taken at 18. Gotta get drafted somewhere. If he did you'd have to ask, why DID he slip to 18?
I didn't say not draft him, just that I'd be curious as to why.Just because he's not good enough to be taken before 18 doesn't mean he's not good enough to be taken at 18. Gotta get drafted somewhere.
Cox is the main one. Logue too but unlikely he's there for us to select by the sounds of it. Macreadie. Rotham would play as a pseudo-KPD in our system from what I've seen as well. What key defenders?
