Give the man what he wants ffs. I would hate to see him in another HAL shirt.
Lol @ his comments on China though.

I second this, it sucks going all the way to the city. Forza Dandy!Hey I've only been here for 2 years, love the club but despise traveling 2-3 hours for 90 minutes of action. A team 11 ground would be 10 minutes from my house
Yeah I'll be doing the same. And if the Team 11 bid gets up I'll be off the Victory bandwagon altogether.

Don't understand how the club fails to see he's worth marquee wages.
The lustre of Victory 'till I die was lost when I was forced to move to level 3 in the south end of etihad stadium years ago. Then whenever I stood up a security guard would come over to tell me to sit down. It's then I realised mvfc doesn't really give a stuff.Turncoating talk or otherwise is a sin in this thread! give yourselves a ban until your sins are replenished and ready to commit MVFC till I die!

I will always like victory, but a team that's 1/2 drive away as opposed to an hour, is better. I won't have to pay shiteloads for parking etc. If I take pt it will be 1/3 the time and I can take my kids without getting back super late. I like the idea of a more local club, like what we had in the old afl/VFL. We have lost that now with the current model.Well I can understand your point of view on security's behavior and the way the clubs handling toward its active fans in the past believe me I've seen it myself.
I just can't understand through how people can invest time, money emotions and cherished memories into a club than to just piss it all away and change allegiances as if that all means nothing.
I remember when Heart come in their was a lot of it and was and become a big part in the hatred between the two clubs No thanks to Scott Munn who would sprook it at every opportunity with his foul mouth.
You are prob right he isn't quite worth marquee money but then troisi is...very frustrating. I guess the question is how much more he had asked for above last season. Would have thought with Bes gone Leroy is even more critical as there are very few with his class plus he is a known quantity. Will really really shit me if he lines up for another a league club. One thing about George is he really struggled to play out 90mins is that worth marquee wages? Not denying his talent but if you can't run out 90mins especially considering his age is he worth the marquee wage?
I don't like us playing at Etihad but can understand why we need to do it.

An hour away.https://www.melbournevictory.com.au/fixtures#!/t2237
5 games at Docklands Stadium. 5 games I won't be going to. Partly why I gave up the season ticket a couple years ago.
We don't need to do it. A decade ago we did but now we have a fine stadium that's rarely sold out but the owners are accustomed to the pile of money Docklands Stadium pays them. It's going to be so passé by 2027.
Where the **** do you live?
I think he means the standard is average and that makes him look better than he is.The George interview was interesting. He said the league isnt very good. But he's negotiating with other clubs to stay and play
could well be yesI think he means the standard is average and that makes him look better than he is.
