Don Pyke was on SEN an hour ago, when asked about Lever and McGovern he said that both boys were keen to stay and they love it at the club, he said that both will be signing shortly as soon as a few things were shorted with their contracts. The Charlie Cameron rumour was started about two weeks ago by Brian Waldrum who is also the goose that said Brad Crouch was going to St. Kilda before he re-signed with us.

Of course we would not want to lose those three, but for a Club with a no tanking policy, unearthing gems with late round draft picks and on-trading is one of the few ways we can deal ourselves into the first round and better. We've done well with late picks (thanks to Hamish) but we should be able to do even better with first round picks.

As I said earlier, what are you basing the argument that he's leaving on? That the script has been the same the whole time? I don't think that's a good enough reason.

To add my two cents heard the Charlie family reasons rumor two weeks ago but have been hoping it's all a farce. Has come from someone who's been on the money with brissy stuff with me before. Here's hoping if it is family reasons it can be sorted out for him to stay but if not I think I'll cry.

Not sure when it originated from but a poster mentioned that on our board as well. Didn't say where he'd go just that he may leave Adelaide.
