They might prove to be the difference in the end?
but the team has been finding a way to win regardless of outs..
If we drop this game against the Pies, how difficult will it be to advance..?

If we drop the Pies game we will potentially have to face Sydney in a semi and then if we get past them (big if as they have beaten us twice this year), and then Richmond at the MCG in a prelim.

This is not a path I wish to take.

never been so preoccupied with weather before..?

Update- Bureau Meteorology -
Saturday 8 September
Summary-Min 11. Max 20. Possible shower. Possible rainfall: 0 to 1 mm. Chance of any rain: 40%
Perth area
Cloudy. Medium (40%) chance of showers, contracting to southern suburbs in the evening. Light winds becoming west to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h during the morning then becoming light during the evening.

Should be fine before and during the match...not too cold.

Hawks to beat Tiges
Hawks beating Tigers would be a massive boost for us. Interstate team v Tigers at the MCG in a PF would probably be the hardest task in football at the moment and regardless of our result on Saturday this would avoid that.

If we are to win the whole thing we're (almost certainly) going to have to beat the Tigers at some point. A home preliminary final is quite comfortably our best chance at that.
