Did you register with the Priority 2 Group or wait until the Priority 3 Group to register?

Because my understanding is also that all Priority 2s should get tickets if any Priority 3s do.

Have you checked for your Ticketek number on the successful/unsuccessful list? You can find it on Ticketek website.

Priority 2 and yes I have my email.
Absolutely stunned I got drawn in the ballot. Can’t wait.
I buy a Social Club Membership every year and I go every week, but I stand, sit anywhere I can, go with mates as a MCC guest. Even went over to Perth v Freo this year.
I just don’t have a Legends booked seat as it doesn’t personally suit me.
But I’m in for Saturday up in the Southern Stand. Fantastic!

Similar to me! I was social club in 09 haven't been since- until this year! This was my first year back as social club this year as my second kid is just one so my wife took a four-game membership cause she didn't want to attend as many games.

I got it to basically use the bar and watch from there when I go by myself without my 4 year old who I take to the quieter games - never imagined it would have me getting drawn in the ballot as a priority 2 come GF week!

Although I still don’t have email confirmation to prove it, I believe I got 5 tickets together in Priority 3... which makes it unlikely he would miss out even if he was chasing the max of 8.

Could be in cheer squad bay with cat 7 I believe

On the map, Cat 7 is showing as being at the back of the Southern Stand.

I would be disappointed for the Cheer Squad if that is where they are stationed.

Yeah, that in effect would make you Priority 3 unfortunately.

Perhaps the club could liase with Ticketek to assist one of their Legends members, a goodwill gesture. Not getting the category seats you’ve been charged for is not right.

I would expect given there are different tiers of membership with some a lot more expensive than others to be given actual PRIORITY with regards to seating and allocation, as per what it says in the membership agreement? Not begrudging any other members who managed to get a ticket, but when there’s priority 2 and 3 members getting great seats down the bottom of the Ponsford behind the goals where Collingwood season long supporters who trudge there every week rain hail or shine who pay over $1000 each every year for a membership should be are shoved up the top of the Olympic stand where we’re gonna need to bring some binoculars in to see the action (which no doubt would get confiscated upon entry anyhow) it’s pretty infuriating. Understand it’s Ticketek but ffs how about at least pretending to give a damn and not just a flippant bad luck

Q56 row G! Was expecting to be a lot further back with category 5, benefit of having my back to one scoreboard I suppose.

I doubt the club is going to be able to handle it with TT anymore effeciently than the member themselves who actually has all the details etc

I’m happy to swap for basically any seats in the Ponsford stand and I would pay more, if necessary.

My understanding of Legend membership was that you got a guaranteed GF ticket and that was it - i.e no priority on where those seats are.

I think you are right to feel begrudged though and personally I'd be reconsidering Legends membership going forward as it does seem like a pretty average deal. Seems like you are better off stowing away what you save from not buying a Legends membership for 7 years and investing that into buying prime seats off a scalper which really sucks.
