I was gonna post exactly the same thing. Whateley is far from impartial. He is very articulate which at times may seem like impartiality, but he is one of the biggest Geelong fan boys going round.

Can anyone tell me if triple m is having an Adelaide Drive show with Louie and Jars this is year?
I have been listening today triple m and they keep talking about Mick Molloy and Jane being in Drive...
If so is this another free hit for 5aa? No competition?

You'd think it's going to be a difficult enough action anyway. Even if you can argue the AFL breached a duty of care, there's still going to be doubt about what the root cause of any issues being experienced is. Even if isolated to football concussions, how many were from junior footy, diagnosed or not and then post AFL. He's been knocked out for 7 minutes, I'd say his only hope is tacking on to the class action. He'd be stuffed otherwise.

There is/was a good discussion on the main board about this. Some of it descended into '' how would you be able to tell if John Barnes was affected or not'' type comments but mostly some good things there.
I think the outcome for most past players will be ongoing support and payment of medical costs on any connection to concussion symptoms.
There will be future safeguarding by the AFL but ultimately the class action will fail for any monetary gain. There will be different set-ups in the future , but there will not be any $1m payouts imo
I wondet if SEN will have another crack at the SA market anytime soon.

Old Tony Pilkington. Well way back he had a partner on radio Barry Ion. They were called Baz and Pilko. Barry had a character called Peter Plus. It was hilarious.
They would ring people at random, even called Buckingham Palace one morning and had their audiences in stitches.
