Depends on the level of the Draftees exposure to the club .....maybe medicals, informal interviews with the affiliate staff, who are obviously Nth Melb

But how many other clubs are doing similar or worse ? .....that's what i meant by "Iceberg" analogy

You're correct .....Nth Melb will finish lowly anyway ....the AFL won't let another Carlton decade occur, they'll orchestrate the outcome
