The problem is I can.
That pick must be right off the table unless we get something ridiculous for it. And Hanners is not in that department.

Something ridiculous is Pick 6 or 7 and a second rounder or two. Can only imagine one of the SA clubs doing it to get their boys. Even then.....

If we were bringing in Moore it would be as a key back, which would help explain the Goddard delisting.

I wouldn't mind him, but unfortunately he wouldn't be cheap and comes with injury concerns.

And makes drafting two backs on future picks last year as absolutely idiotic management.

Logan cost stuff all and will be a handy back up if anything.

The pick exchange was always a strange move even before we took a key back though.

I'm not sure if have Clav and Moore as similar players though. Clav seems more like a third tall; intercept type.

I'm not that happy with our key backs apart from Carlisle. Brown should be gone as soon as someone can demand a spot, Austin is not great as a defender and as I said, Clav is more of a third tall. We don't exactly have a lot of quality there.

Moore's hamstrings are a worry though as much as I think he's a very good key back.

If it happened I think Moore, Carlisle and Clav could all play in the same team which would just leave Austin as depth and Brown retired.

I still think inside and outside mids are more urgent. I can't work out what their list management strategy is.

2 Firsts is very very extreme. He's out of contract, I'd say an end of first round pick. In fact Daniel Harford tweeted a pick between 20-30

I'd do that for sure.

Yeah they both walk on Two legs , thats about it

Ok copped some stick about my comparison... the whole point being that a 195cm 90kg player has a place in the modern game.

Paddy undoubtedly has deficiencies with his tank & kicking... things that can be improved dramatically. Tom is 5 years & 100 games in front of Paddy & has improved dramatically over the past 2 or 3 seasons.

IMO it’s down to luck, commitment & some decent coaching for Paddy.

Connor Rozee smashed it for north in sanfl finals today.Boyd woodcock also very impressive. Aaron Nieschke very impressive for centrals yesterday.

Macadam from Sturt should be on our radar.

I think we will draft the king brother but mcadam and rankine would make our forward line so much more dangerous.

Mcadam is a 400% improvement on terry Milera. Boy Can he take a hanger.

It was BS, he posts pictures with his girlfriend on Instagram, if he's gay he's putting on a good show of hiding it.

Devo. Was picturing Darcey & Jack to come out holding hands for the next pride cup. Finnis in the background rubbing his nips. Get mauled by 100 points by the Swans, but who cares...

Maybe not, but he would be our best mid still every week

He's had big games and is quality and class but he's restricted. He could have been the best player of his generation but he's up and down. Stuv and Ross still ahead of him. Titch is a lot more wasteful but much more of a prime mover for them.

He's already planning our alternative strip with arseless leather chaps and oiled torsos with the numbers drawn on in sharpie.
