Ha- you should sleep soundly, when I asked why we cooled on Ats, " how many new mids do you think we need "? Followed by over the top laughter. I was unnerved. It's like we know something that others may not want to be true.

I think this one might surprise. Last season (and the one before, based on the Dogs premiership) you couldn't sell a ruckman to anybody, the game has shifted again to a style where they are the flavour of the week and many teams are shown lacking in that area. We would have been after something very special last season to move him on, I doubt anybody thought Goldstein would turn it around to the degree he did.

The way that the club has put itself out there looking for a 'big fish' so publicly over the last few seasons has been truly embarrassing.

To the point where I wonder who is head of PR. Is that Heath's role or is he purely the media guy?

Surely the club has experienced PR people at the top of the brand/marketing dept.

If whoever that guy is has half a clue, he has already told Brad to keep his mouth shut this time around.

If Atley wants to join us, and he was thrown in as part of the Polec deal, why wouldn’t we take him on, for depth if nothing else. I’m sure he’s worthy of a list spot over someone like Morgan, J Williams, etc.
