Targeting call - Lawrence ducked his head down. If he doesn't duck then there is no helmet to helmet hit. It's his own fault.
Lack of football move - he had the ball in his heads clearly with the ball not moving. Then it gets slapped out after a second or 2.

Targeting call was borderline. doesnt matter if he ducked. was still a QB. if he had turned into a runner it might not.
