Agree, why does it have to be posted multiple times every year. There are plenty of other pages where people can post pointless opinion/drivel and troll. Can we keep this one for actual training reports, news articles etc so those that are genuinely interested in reading about what's happening don't have to read through this kind of diatribe to get to something they actually want to read!
Interesting little fact at the end of a PerthNow article today saying Oz Allen is now 194cm tall and has a focus to add some bulk at the moment.
That puts him pretty squarely in the frame to play a key position role, particularly with his reach and ability to meet the ball at his highest possible point.

Yeah- he was listed as 191cm (same as darling) but I watched a game from late this year and seeing them after a goal Oscar looked a tiny bit taller than JD so it sounds like he has grown a bit since he was drafted

That's a shame. I guess it's to be expected. I hope we see him around the club while he can still train with them, otherwise it tells me they're expecting the worst. It will be interesting to see if he comes back with the rest of the squad.
I think he will come back at a different time. Maybe this week or next, but not day one for either group (1-4yrs or remainder). No need to roll him out in front of the 2 largest media contingents this side of Xmas, bring him back when it is somewhat lower profile to take a little pressure off.
