With GWS getting 6 (shouldn't it be 5?) from Sydney, they have no need to move further up the order as Sydney won't bid on Tom Green now.

Edit: NVM misread Saints instead of Sydney. Does that mean 12+18 to Freo for Hill?

6 still does not help them if we bid at 4 for green as they lose 6 and get some lower end points as left over - maybe a 3rd rounder. They will want to go higher to get our pick or melbourne's pick.

It is less points than they traded for - they were better off not doing that pick swap if that was the case.

They want a pick before a bid on Green and then look to use next year's picks for points.

They apparently also want another player as well as Green and know that Melbourne are also interested in Green. They need two top 10 picks from what others have said.

NY first will be about 23 with concessions and academy players.

We'd need to get a playing instead to do that IMO

nah, 12 and 18 for Hill.
Howard (if he goes) will be for the Bruce pick (whatever that is). I think this will be a late trade as it will hinge on the Keath deal which from all reports will be held up until WB realise they need to give up 13
