In the age of DRS, is there an easier way to make yourself look like a good bloke than walking?

If you know you've hit it, if the keeper knows you've hit it, and if there are reviews left then of course you should walk.

14.2 massive appeal but Khawaja is going nowhere! England are convinced, the umpire is unmoved, England review! There was utter unanimity in the cordon, low-fives from the moment Root signalled for the second opinion, and with good reason! There's the thinnest of tickles, and Khawaja has to walk! Wow. This is getting raucous! 35/3

34.6 swinging in, Wade now wears it on the pads... Joel Wilson thinks long and hard before keeping his hands where they are, but now England choose to review, the angle certainly looked good but height is the question. But no! Clattering into the top of middle and off, Wade's comeback is a brief one! And another on-field decision is overturned 105/5

2.6 huge appeal from Bairstow and the slips! Broad isn't so sure, but the cordon is adamant there was a noise as Warner flirted outside off! It's gone to a review and the crowd like what they've seen already! Almost off the back of the bat as Warner tried to leave that uncomfortable kicking back-of-a-length, and that's 450 wickets for Broad, and a massive one at that! 13/1

30.1 booming in to smash the pads... but Dar shakes his head! England review and this looks bad for Travis Head! Only the inside edge could save him, because this was right back in the traps as the ball homed in on middle... Yep, that's plumber than the Mario brothers! Broad hits the nail on the Head, thankful for the DRS after a wide-eyed, increasingly disbelieving appeal 71/4

8.4 down the leg side, England go up in unison for a catch... Gaffaney shakes his head, but Root reviews, with both Bairstow and Broad confident. Yes, big scratch on UltraEdge! Khawaja's tickled one and Broad has his first of the day! 25/2

42.6 wider on the crease, slightly fuller, hit on the pad, big appeal... not out, but England review. Inswinger this time, hit Paine on the knee roll, impact in-line...and crashing into the top of leg stump! That's the set-up Woakes was after, a series of outswingers and then moves one back to trap T-Paine - who didn't pick it - lbw. All of a sudden, things are going England's way... 162/6

Don't have the time to find all the times English batsmen were given our incorrectly, but theres just a sample of the alleged trigger finger umpires when Australia bat...
Is that all from 1st test or a selection from all 3
