Fortunately, he's playing against Oakleigh on Sunday, together with another 3 APS fellas I'd add to FootyNut119's list who are as promising, if not more promising, than those already named. We'll have 10 top age and 13 bottom age players running around this weekend.
Ill be there, hopefully its a cracker like they're game earlier in the year. Oakleigh also have their fair share of talented bottom agers playing so it should be a great contest purley for the talent to see for this and next year.

Starting to think ahead to next years draft.

Who has a way to early top 25 for 2019.

And how strong does next years draft crop look?

SA squad not as good next year.
Standouts are Cam Taheny, Will Gould, Pickett, Daniel Sladojevic, Trent Burgoyne, Anzac Lochowiak, Jed Mcentee.
Burgoyne is a Port FS, and both Sladojevic and Lochowiak are Crows NGA.
Pick of the bunch are Taheny and Gould in my eyes as first rounders.

Tom Green (GWS Academy) averaging mid 20s touches (majority contested) at NEAFL level, played well for Allies at the championships and dominated U17 futures game last wk. Could be a top 5 in 2019...

Some good performers today for next years draft including Knights mids Adam Carafa and Josh D'Intinosante, Jets mid Darcy Cassar, Calder mid Daniel Mott and Eastern small mids Mitch Mellis and Lachie Stapleton.

Oakleigh and Sandringham are on another level entirely with their bottom agers especially Oakleigh with Dylan Williams dominating up forward along with Noah Anderson. Matthew Rowell was solid again on the wing and Trent Bianco of half back was a ball magnet again. For Sandringham Josh Worrell and Darcy Chirgwin had a fair bit of it, Corey Watts was solid as a rock down back and Louis Butler showed some nice signs on the wing.

Another SA player to keep an eye on for next year is Jed Mcentee from Sturt. BOG again this week for Sturts U18s.
His form this year as an underager for Sturt has been massive.
R1 - played but not listed in bests.
R2 - 5th best for Sturt
R3 - 3rd best for Sturt
R4 - BOG
R5 - 1st best for Sturt.
R6 to R8 did not play
R9 - BOG
R10 & R11 did not play
R12 - BOG
R13 - 1st Best
R14 - 1st Best
R15 & R16 did not play
R17 - BOG

Was also 2nd best for SA U17s vs SA 16s, only beaten out by Cam Tahany.

Brodie Kemp is one I think will be a first rounder next year. 193cm with good smarts and the ability to play forward, back and through the midfield. Not the greatest team he played this week but he had 26 touches and a goal for Bendigo.

obviously a long time between now and then but some good selections in here. some on the small side but another year to grow.

Interested in what the best 2019 Draft team of 22 is, in other words what players are the best of the best for the position they play?

Future star squad for GF day should become public this week. Traditionally a great starting point for next years draft- with the clubs having a fair input into the composition of the sides.

Qld did pretty well this year beating nsw and only losing by a kick to tas and vic country. If they choose 5 , their best chances will be Budarick, Martyn, Gore, Crosselly and Jeffery

I notice you didn't mention Tozer or Wischnat.
