What level have you played at? All I'm stating is he was lumbering at 2nd contest in this video.

As a key defender you'll only worry about beating him 1&1 and smashing it from the contest.

The guy can play but looks like he needs a fair amount of work by the video...
What’s your name, Studley Cornes? What does it matter what level I’ve played at? I don’t need to have played a game of football to know you are full of it.

I don't have a crystal ball but the only sure way anyone gets Horne or any other of 2021's outstanding prospect you want to name is to finish bottom, so no is the answer I guess. Couple of Horne's Panther teammates Matty Roberts and Arlo Draper are showing plenty of promise as well.
Doesn’t help that a father son is also tipped to go top 2. Just increases the odds against us just a little more

It's the most frustrating thing every year with draft talk.
We and port get linked with whichever SA boy is half decent.
It's lazy.

Hamish has proven over the years he won't just take a SA boy if another kid form interstate is better.

The kid I think goes under the radar is will Phillips.
If he and Hollands played this year, they probably go 1&2.

no, the most frustrating thing about draft talk is you pretending you know the first thing about any of these kids

I guess you probably sucker in a couple of the newbies who assume you must not be the crank we all know

I particularly loved you getting caught out with the claim the Kruezer was a beast and bigger than Thilthorpe would ever be. These are objective facts that prove you’ve never seen any of them

as honest as the typical scouse I suppose

Thilthorpe looks lazy and alot like Jenkins. Phillips & Campbell look good and also McInni
Thilthorpe lazy and lumbering ? And a lot like Jenkins? Jenkins would be tonguing it after 5 minutes if he tried to run with Thilthorpe.

Now I'm convinced you really don't have a clue!

and if we’re not taking McDonald, why would North need or want to trade with us?

would you suggest deploying our razor sharp bluffing skills again
You can just imagine draft night and adelaide are on the clock at pick 1...time is ticking and adelaide are waiting for north to offer a pick swap that never comes and time expires..pick 1 goes to north...but hey we bluffed em

I'm convinced everyone will be happy with Thilthorpe at pick 1.

I'm commenting on the video posted, not his efforts in 2020 just to make it clear

As soon as we come to them with the deal, they know they will get the guy they want at 2 anyway.

Should ask - Say we either take McDonald, otherwise we'd use Norths Pick for one of Thilt/Hollands and try and grab the other with the traded up pick. Not sure if GC or Hawks would want to give up their picks, might make a bit more sense for Hawks to get more talent in. Port gave up everything for Rozee and it paid off, we need superstar talent from the top 6ish.

Kinnear Beatson has said yesterday both Adelaide and North are open to trading their picks. North will know Adelaide are listening to offers for pick 1.

If North are super keen on McDonald they may have to do the deal with Adelaide to avoid being leap frogged by another club. Fortunately for North, they have a great chip, pick 2.

Ideally, we entertain offers, then settle on North and their pick 2. We take Hollands at 2 and try to move up to get Thilthorpe.

With our lack of experience and depth, I reckon a bottom four position is a lock next year.
Everyone seems to be reporting that next years draft is much deeper and stronger.
We’re just over a year into a LONG rebuild, with finals 2+ years (more likely 3+ away, remembering Sloane, Walker and Talia will be gone by then).
As much as I want every first round pick we can get our hand on this year, I think it would be foolish to trade out any of 2021 picks. Then trade out Seedsman, Lynch, Kelly next year to stockpile picks to move up next years order.
AFL media are reporting we’re likely to take four selections at the 2020 draft. 1, 9, 22+23 packaged for a mid first, and perhaps Newchurch? Edwards likely not nominating us? Rookie listing Borlase?

We'll finish higher than the Hawks, they're screwed for KPPs, no Sicily either.

that’s ok even better, but most would think we would be below them so maybe they may do it.

only trade I think is possible and semi realistic, and keeping a first for next year.

only way get Holland’s and tilthorpe

What do batman and a scouser have in common..

They never go anywhere without robin

Do we rate phillips or dgb that high..that is a huge amount to give up including hoping we finish above hawthorn and that is no given bext year

pick Holland’s 1 and on draft nite if tilthorpe still there, high possibility we pull trigger on trad.

nothing do with DGB or phillips

going all in on Hollands and tilthorpe

Yep, not quite sure it's appealing enough and swapping future firsts probably works in our favour, not theirs. I think you might have to trade 22 + 23 up first to make it more appealing (eg. to Richmond for 17 with steak knives coming back).

Adelaide 4
Hawks 9 + 17

To be honest though I think it needs to be REALLY appealing. Remember the Hawks will be turning down DGB, Perkins, Thilthorpe, Bruhn in your scenario if they take this deal.

Probably still needs some seasoning to get it over the line in my opinion.
