Any internal trial coming up?

There's one next Saturday 13th but I haven't seen any info about it other than the Club 1870 member invite to watch. Not sure that it's open though as the invite says it's a strict Club 1870 event only. Hopefully there's still a family day etc but unlike normal 1870 events there will be no coach or player interaction due to covid restrictions so I'd say family day very much at risk.

What's everyone's opinion on Bonner this season? I think he will fall behind alot of our young players and will struggle to get much AFL games.
Hopefully he has an Amon like improvement.

Expecting him to spend pretty much all of the season in the SANFL and be traded/delisted.

We really should've dealt him last year as part of the Fantasia trade. Port always hold onto players a year too long.

There were reports in the media that Essendon were interested. Only media reports I guess, but if they were true we should've dealt him. He'd walk into their 22 after they lost Saad and McKenna last year.

He and Lachie Jones - behind the bike sheds, let them sort it out like men.

His howlers seem to stick out in people's minds a bit more than other players.
I'm sure if you compared his blunders to that of say, Hartlett for example, he'd actually look fine.
