This is atrocious from Carroll. This conservatism at key times is brutal to watch as a neutral, can't imagine how frustrated seahawks fans must be. Can't move the ball, but have a 4th and 1 and a chance to take some momentum back and keep your defense off the field for a while longer. So risk-averse.

His players are playing poorly but Russ must have an inordinate amount of patience to deal with this crap.

Pretty straight forward hamstring strain on a carry tackle I think - didn't look like a serious injury but could keep him out for the rest of the game I'd say

EDIT: groin injury apparently
