I think Rex explained something really well that I didn't consider at all yesterday and that was the mindset of your defense when you have nothing to lose and the best a team can do is tie you, rather than fearing for their life.

The funny thing is I enjoy being aggressive and making the other guy react to you. However, as Rex pointed out the ACTUAL aggressive play in that situation was to go up by 8 and put all of the pressure on Seattle.

There are times going for it makes sense—that wasn’t one.

Herbert has looked far better than I'd ever thought he wouldn't any time throughout his career right now. Hats off too him..but....

He looked pretty good early in his college career too, then proceeded to plateau for the next 2 years. Will be interesting to see how he plays next year once some dcs have some film on him.

Not knocking him, it's just worry in the back of my mind.
