I was going to mention Poppy, he looked cooker the last 2 years and yet he survived. Strange decision by Clarko to keep him on, but he doesn't make many of them.
Breust still has some decent footy left IMO.
Stratton has always been a good average defender but he isn't aurrounded by a lot of quality anymore to make him look better.
I had high hopes for O'Brien, and he's a beautiful kick of the footy..... But that's about it.

Don't see an issue with that, it's their home ground and there wasn't a crowd.

So, how would this board feel if our coach described his midfield as fourth-rate, like Clarkson did? Do we want the truth told publicly, or do we prefer Gibbs' game to be praised?

A first time coach doesn't get away with that.
Gibbs got dropped, that's the action I care about.

Even so, he probably needed to be moved on last year. They've shifted bigger names in better form.

And Jarryd Lyons gives away a stupid free that ultimately led to a late goal to the Dockers.....Captain Dayne Zorko didn't miss him either with the spray...
To be fair that was Floppy Walters. Would have been a standard bump for most people.

Fyfe looks gassed already...Reckon he might have slacked off during the break if his efforts so far are an indication.
He saw Jordan Roughead for the Pies and thought that was a great idea to try. Plus their other options currently are blokes like Sam Frost or Michael Hartley, who aren't that good.
Poppy definitely shouldn't be playing though.

How that hack keeps his job while guns like Pyke themselves on the scrap heap after 4 years is one of life’s great mysteries.
Does everything need to be turned into a negative that relates to the Crows? What does Pyke remotely have to do with the post you quoted? No one is saying Clarkson wasn’t entitled to try again the formula that won them 4 flags, but it doesn’t appear to be working this time. People can be critical of Clarkson and still appreciate that he’s the best coach we have seen in the modern era.
