Has anyone just come out and asked, what's going on with the culture at Collingwood yet?
Say what you like about them, but their decisions or lack thereof are geared heavily towards perceived best result to the team. Like it or not, ignoring Harry O, which they presumably did, and shipping him out met that gearing. Their culture is that of a football club and they let the AFL work social policy. Our culture is of a corporate entity that runs a football team and follows the lead of the AFL on everything.
