What is Draper's job security like, who's spot has he taken?

The spot has been rotated between Bellchambers and Phillips. Neither has been able to hold it down, because both are shit. I reckon this week they will drop Bellcho and play Draper as lone ruck.

Draper is out long term ruck and the club absolutely knows that. The issue will be managing him through these block of games (he is coming off a knee reco). So I would absolutely expect that he would be rested for at least one. For that reason, I don't think you can take him as an R2. As an R3, fantastic option.

He is a real talent.

Small forwards are always flukey. He's probably well-suited to a couple of rounds of Best 18 scoring, though. He'll play, if he scores 30 it doesn't hurt so much. If he goes bananas for a ton, happy days.

Probably more due to the state of my team, but I think he's worth holding on to. While his BE has crept up, we've seen him score pretty erratically. Could easily drop a big score and stay in the rotation for a while longer

I liked his game tonight. Seemed lively, got around the contest a bit.

He came in for Ebert who had delayed concussion symptoms, with how often old Ebo has been hit in the head I'd be hoping we are giving him at least the next game off, so I'd assume Woodcock starts in. I do think he'll be dropped after a couple but who knows?

I was all over him in the preseason, he was touted as the next Neale. If he played in round 1, lots would have started him. But he didn't get a gig and here we are now.
Like me, several turned to cheap rookies when he was on the bubble.
The kid is a GUN!

The js of the current batch seems very iffy. Close, Skinner, Woodcock only got a game due to injury/suspension. They played well though but one bad game and they will most like be a season long 0. I need to downgrade for updgrades but ive had good bench cover for most of the year so im not loving the idea of trading out best 22 players for these guys but there isnt much choice atm.
