Didn't think he was a super quick small, rather more like Degoey.

Might be a good replacement for Gray up foward.

Agree see Williams as a replacement for Gray although hes is taller half forward type. Looking at our list we have all similiar types, Cox, Woodcock that don't fill that classic small explosive forward need.

Think somebody like Kosi Pickett, looking at upcoming draft , nothing jumps out at me unfortunately, must be somebody surplus to needs on other lists.

Flipping Wines at the end of the season for a pick we can use to draft a highly rated key defender and offering some of the left over cash to Zac Williams as a free agent sounds like good business to me.

This is pretty much the dream. It was reported that port have salary cap and Williams seems like a realistic target. An a grade properly tall defender has to be our priority. It seems likely to be a poor draft and compromised draft but there should be some talented talls.

But if the Fantasia possibility opens up again (and the Bombers cash in on a deal a year before he becomes a free agent), the Power may need something to deal the other way with no first-round pick at their disposal.


They're still banging on about us getting Fantasia. He is no where near a need for us. We need elite mids and a tall gun intercept marking defender.

Trent Burgoyne is a natural crumbing forward and quick as lightning.

We haven’t seen enough of him to know if he’s going to make it but he was impressive in the preseason game I saw him. Performed well above my expectations that day.

Why would we want a 26 year old, 179cm small forward? We're stocked for small and medium forwards. If we were getting Caldwell as part of this deal then I'd do it. I don't think GWS would remotely consider this deal either (or my variation of it).

Lol no ones taking Rockliff. He should never play AFL again. He is beyond slow, theres levels of slow you can manage, then there's Rockliff who opposition players can run laps around without feeling any pressure.

Toby McLean is a 24 year old mid who can play inside / outside. He has played 84 games and is a premiership player. For whatever reason, he is not getting a game for the Bulldogs. He is a hard worker and great team player. He would suit our midfield perfectly.
